The staff is amazing! Everyone is so incredibly kind, helpful, and remembers me and my preferences. Erika at the bar is fantastic! Such a wonderful bartender and provides great personal service. Claudia and Jesus were so cheerful each morning at breakfast. Sam and Lamar were taking care of details at the front desk. So thankful for their kindness during my stay.

This was my first time staying at the Crowne Plaza, and it was a wonderful experience. Tamika at the front desk truly set the tone for my stay. She was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made my stay enjoyable. She was also very accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. Customer service like that makes a lasting impression, and Tamika definitely represents the hotel well. Because of her hospitality and the great experience overall, I will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

Everything about my stay was great—the room was perfect! I especially want to recognize DeAndris at the front desk. He is respectful, knowledgeable, and truly great at what he does. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcomed and at home, and he even checked to see if there was anything else I needed to make my stay more comfortable. When I arrived there was a line at the front desk, but DeAndris handled everything quickly and efficiently. He got everyone checked in smoothly, and the whole process was fast and easy thanks to him. His professionalism and great attitude are definitely one of the reasons I’ll be coming back. Thank you, DeAndris, for the excellent service!

Stayed at the Crown Plaza a few weeks ago while I was in town for my daughters soccer tournament. This was the "team" hotel. You could tell by walking in that it was an older building and has seen better days. But it was clean and pretty well maintained. I booked late and got a great deal on hotwire. The room was clean and had a great view. My only issue or concern was parking, it was an extra charge, but it was a gated lot. Wasn't too bad but i guess they've had issues in the past so I get it. Two thumbs up.

Its always a pleasure to stay here. Staff is wonderful and polite as always. Breakfast is the best especially Mrs. Claudia she is very nice and is always attentive. She makes sure to go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful Breakfast and her assistant Mrs. Alicia

Sam is an absolute jewel. She helped make our check in a breeze. Everything was so simple and quick. Sam then checked in on us after we arrived in our room. Sam’s additional attention was just an extra touch of service that was appreciated. The location is right off of the highway. Gated facility helps with security. This is our second stay here. We enjoyed our first stay and decided to stay here again. The plaza is close to UTSW which is why we are staying in the area. We are already planning on staying here again for upcoming appointments. Thank you, Sam for being so wonderful and welcoming.

The hotel itself gives a bad impression. Next to the highway, seems like a warehouse area. I wouldn't go walking around here at night! The location also doesn't have good restaurants and shops around it. I've been here for three days now. There is an odor in the halls near the elevators. Also no hot water in my room. It's very tepid, not even lukewarm warm. I asked for it to be fixed yesterday, today it was lukewarm warm. Tolerable in a shower. But still not hot. Other than that the room is nice. The pillows are huge and bulky. Luckily for me, one is useable. Now let’s talk about the bar. Erika, the bartender, is fantastic! She is personable and very efficient. She provides wonderful service for all that come in. I would come here just to have the great service she provides. The rest of the staff has also been great.

I would like to thank every staff member for the wonderful stay that my family and myself I experienced during our stay at this wonderful hotel. Special thanks to Dee,Tamika, Brian, Mo, Erika, and last by not least Stacy for being a wonderful host as well leading a great team/leader. She very polite and understanding. Also we cannot forget about Claudia, Alicia, Jesus, and Jose, for being very outstanding hosts ass well. Very kind wonderful and special, give our thanks and blessings to the entire staff here!
